The workshops and coaching
sessions are designed to equip nonprofit organizations,
ministries, and churches with the tools to achieve and
maintain financial stability in order to carry out their
missions in service to their communities.
The training provides the
essential components of organizing, structuring, and
presenting a project for successful grant funding from
either public or private sources. It will clarify,
simplify, and expedite an administrator’s ability to insure
proper program execution and service delivery. In
addition, the participants will learn to develop a long term
funding plan that will bring in unrestricted funds from new
sources.
Coaching Sessions
For individuals and groups
interested in starting a nonprofit CCA provides coaching
sessions to guide you in developing a realistic plan for
launching and growing a successful nonprofit, ministry or
church. For groups that have already established tax exempt,
501(c) 3 status, but can't seem to make progress, our
coaching sessions are excellent for regrouping,
strategizing, and creating a clear plan of action.
Workshops
These workshops available in person, on-site and on-line provide a framework of tools to help organize, restructure, and expand your group's productivity. Attend one our scheduled workshops or schedule a private session for your volunteers, staff, or board of directors.
